These Terms govern your access to and use of gptgirlfriend.live (the “Site”), operated by GPT Girlfriend. By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please leave the Site.

1. Eligibility

The Site is intended solely for adults who are at least 18 years old, or older where the age of majority in your jurisdiction is higher. By using the Site you represent that you meet that requirement and that adult-oriented material is lawful where you are. We may restrict access where we believe this is not the case.

2. What this Site is

The Site is an independent editorial and referral website covering GPT-style AI companion products. We publish descriptions, comparisons, and explanatory content, and we link to third-party platforms where the actual service is provided. We do not operate the chat product, we do not host user conversations, and we do not process payments for any partner.

3. No affiliation with model providers

“GPT” is used on this Site as the common industry shorthand for GPT-style large language models. Neither the Site nor GPT Girlfriend is affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to OpenAI or any other model provider, and no such relationship should be inferred from any name, description, or comparison used here. All trademarks referenced remain the property of their respective owners.

4. Fictional characters

Every companion, persona, name, biography, and image presented on this Site is fictional and AI-generated. Nothing on the Site depicts a real person, and any resemblance to an actual individual, living or dead, is coincidental and unintended. Characters are presented as adults. If you believe an image resembles a real person and should be removed, use the DMCA page and we will review it promptly.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site if you are under 18, or help a minor access it;
• copy, scrape, mirror, or republish Site content at scale without written permission;
• attempt to interfere with, overload, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the Site;
• use automated systems to harvest content or generate artificial traffic;
• use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law.

6. Third-party services and pricing

When you follow a link to a partner platform, your relationship is with that operator. Their terms, privacy policy, refund policy, and pricing apply, and they may change without notice to us. Any figures, feature descriptions, or free-tier details mentioned on this Site describe our understanding at the time of writing and are not a contractual offer. 9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. AI companion services are entertainment products; they are not therapy, medical care, crisis support, legal advice, or a substitute for human relationships. If you are in distress, contact a qualified professional or your local emergency service.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GPT Girlfriend will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or of any third-party service reached through it. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us (which is normally nothing) or fifty euro.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GPT Girlfriend and its operators from any claim, demand, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms or of applicable law.

12. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, including removing pages or changing which partners we link to. We may also revise these Terms; the revision date at the top shows the current version, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you a different forum.
