This Privacy Policy explains what information GPT Girlfriend (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit gptgirlfriend.live, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only. Services operated by third parties that you reach through links on this site are governed by their own policies.

1. Who operates this site

gptgirlfriend.live is an independently operated informational and referral website about GPT-style AI companion services. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to OpenAI or any other model provider. 2. Information you give us directly

This site has no account system, no login, and no chat interface. We do not ask you to register, and we do not collect names, postal addresses, phone numbers, or payment details. The only information you actively provide is what you choose to include in an email to the contact address above. Please do not send sensitive personal information, intimate content, or identity documents by email.

3. Information collected automatically

Like almost every website, our hosting infrastructure records technical request data. This can include your IP address, the page requested, the referring page, your approximate region, the time of the request, and your browser and device type. This data is used for security, abuse prevention, and understanding aggregate traffic patterns. It is not used to build an advertising profile about you.

4. Cookies and local storage

We use a small number of browser storage items, all functional rather than advertising:

It does not transmit anything about you personally beyond the standard information any browser sends when it loads a page. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal information, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to complain to your local supervisory authority. 11. Children

This site is strictly for adults aged 18 or over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information to us, contact us immediately and we will delete it.

The site is served over encrypted connections and we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to the limited data we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, and you should avoid sending anything sensitive to us by email.

13. Changes to this policy
