Everything reaches the same inbox: hello@gptgirlfriend.live. There is no contact form on this Site, deliberately — a form would collect personal data we have no reason to hold. Use a clear subject line and we will route your message correctly.

1. Editorial corrections

Subject line: Correction. If a price, feature, limit, or claim on this Site is wrong or out of date, tell us which page and what the correct information is. Factual corrections are made quickly and without argument.

2. Privacy and data rights

Subject line: Privacy request. Use this for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability requests under the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, or a comparable law. Tell us which right you are exercising. We respond within the period the law requires, normally within thirty days.

3. Copyright and content removal

Subject line: DMCA Notice. See the DMCA & Content Removal page for the elements a valid notice must include. Reports that an image resembles a real person are handled as a priority and do not require proof of copyright ownership.

4. Safety reports

Subject line: Safety. Use this for anything that appears to involve minors, non-consensual material, or impersonation of a real individual. These are reviewed ahead of everything else and material is removed while we investigate, not afterwards.

5. Partner and business enquiries

Subject line: Partnership. We consider editorial coverage of AI companion services on merit. We do not sell guaranteed placements, do not publish pre-written promotional copy, and do not remove accurate criticism in exchange for commercial terms.

6. Account, billing, and refunds

We cannot help with these. This Site does not host the chat product, does not operate any account system, and never processes payments. If you subscribed to a partner platform, its support team is the only party that can access your account, change your plan, or issue a refund. Their contact details are in your confirmation email and in their site footer.

7. What not to send

Please do not email identity documents, payment card details, passwords, intimate images, or anyone else's personal information. If we need something to verify a rights request, we will ask for the minimum necessary and delete it once the request is closed.

8. Response times

Safety reports: same business day where possible. Copyright notices: acknowledged within two business days. Privacy requests: within the statutory period. Everything else: usually within five business days. If you have not heard back after a week, resend — occasionally messages are caught by spam filtering.
